Our Signature Sandwich – Pastrami on Rye - $22
Local grass-fed sirloin, house-brined for thirteen days in a secret blend of herbs and spices, hand-rubbed with our proprietary sweet and savory blend, and then slow-smoked over Big Island Kiawe hardwood. Sliced thin and piled high on thick-cut marble rye bread. Served with our house made Ukrainian Freedom Sauce (Bold, Unexpected, and just a hint of Righteous Heat) and Swiss cheese.

Homemade Chili - $19
Our chili base is savory, with a mild-to-medium spice finish - enough so you know you are eating chili but not so hot as to trigger smoke alarms. It is a blend of Big Island Beef ground beef and KDM Farm Mexican-style pork chorizo, which will anger some purists for sure. To this base, we add diced onions, diced peppers, beans and tomatoes, and slow simmer it to a thick and rich perfection. A generous portion is garnished with chopped onions and sliced pickled jalapeños. It is served with two garlic bread sticks.
